How good or bad is Hydrogenated alkaline water ? 9.5 pH water is necessary for drinking ? Pl give clear answers for decision making.

I don't no if  it is blood or not but it's seem bright red colour  round 50 ml something. Before doing exercise I eat 2 somosa before 1 hour with red and green souce before that I have eat pomegranate 4 hours ago after exercise I feel nauseated and throw up samosa and undigested food and bright blood or something I don't know. When I go 2 nd time for vomit after 20 minutes only water and undigest samosa pieces plz tell me what it could be but no red blood or anything I am confused if it blood or not no other problem no stomach pain or anything

I am having a sharp pain in right hip which i feel to be due to trapped gas because it sometimes pains in the front also. I tried all home redies but no luck. What to do? Please advise.
