Stomach Problems & Remedies

Since one week i have mild pain in stomach and going to toilet 3-4 times per day. I am having trouble while passing stool and took some home remedies for constipation but that is not working. Whenever i eat something i have urge to go to toilet but same bowels are not completely empty. Please suggest appropriate course of action.

I have been suffering from Gerd and IBS-C since last 4yrs. My current medications have given me alot of relief. Dompan,librax,visbiome,pruease,pegmove. I eat 5-6 meals a day. All medium to high fibre. I drink 2 litres of water a day. I just have one doubt. Between mid morning fruit and lunch should i drink water? As i have heard drinking water after fruit creates indigestion. I have also noticed that drinking water after mid morning fruit kills my appetite for lunch a little bit. But to complete daily water requirement i drink it. Am i doing wrong? Should i wait to consume water after lunch?

I was detected infected by hepatitis A on 14th Aug. Before that I was detected with mild typhoid symptom on 10th Aug. On 14th Aug my bilirubin 7.5 ani SGPt 850. After that LFT was done after every 5 days. When I was in hospital bilirubin came down rapidly 4.6 then 3.4 then 2.4.. but since then when I did my  LFT last time on 10th Sept bilirubin was 1.9 ani SGPT 149. I have done USG abdomen 16th Sept. But it shows everything normal. Liver size is also normal. What might be the reason behind slow decrement in bilirubin. Does it have any effect on body? Should I concern much about it?

I had a constipation issue i consulted with gastro and he precribed me tab pruease 2mg in morning today i taken tablet after taken this tablet I feel nausea and vomiting feel and abdominal sound from after noon. Is there any alternative ways to stops this

Yesterday morning my stomach started to hurt. It was completely bloated and I felt waves and needles like pain. I didn't face constipation or diarrhoea, stool is normal. Yesterday night the pain shifted to right side and since then it's constant present.

I have constipation and heavily dependent on laxatives. I take cremaffin plus 10-20ml almost everyday. I have crampy abdominal pain when I try to pass motion if not taken cremaffin or any laxative and shortness of breathe and ulcers in mouth. Is it something serious?

I am using Rabium DSR one in the morning as part of my gastrointestinal regime. But my migraine specialist prescribed me Napra- D in the night... Which one should I use ? Napra D alone in the night? Or Rabium DSR in the morning & Naprosyn 500 alone?

No heartburn but breathing problem, cough and feeling of not empty bowels completely. Please suggest a treatment.
