Stomach Problems & Remedies

I want to increase my appetite. Please, suggest me any syrup for increasing appetite. I don't feel like eating food. I am underweight.

2 days back i had some street food at night, 5 hrs later i got stomach ache and i had loose motion and then stomach ache receded Yesterday night i again got stomach ache and after sometime fever as well. Today morning i had mild fever, i took dolo tablet after lunch and fever has decreased now A doctor that i visited prescribed 3 kinds of tablets for stomach ache which are Taxim O 200 Bactrim ds Biotrim ds Since all 3 seem to be anti bacterial tablets (i happened to Google tablet names), is it safe to take all 3 together and is it required that i take all 3?

Acidity    is causing    shortness of breath what can i do i take rabeprazole dsr capsules when problem occurs

My gastroenterologist doctor has asked me to take Rablet 20 mg in the morning empty stomach. I have also been taking Thyronorm 50 mcg since 2020. I am not able to understand which medicine to take first thing in the morning and should there be any gaps between the 2 medicines. I have heard these 2 medicines may interact with each other if not taken after a certain gap.

And period regularly 4 to 5 months and bleeding continue...with bloating and weakness and feel very heavy...gas prblm. Also

I got a sudden pain in the lower backside, no pain was in the front stomach side at all, I make the sonar ray examination and CT, surprisingly the reuslt was small stones in kidney of average 3mm and Gall bladder with diffuse echogenic wall thickening reaching up to 5 mm and  is  harboring multiple freely portable calculi 3 to 5 mm in diameter. Also it said chronic calcular cholecystitis . The creartinine is 1.49 and serum uric acid is 8.4, mcv 78.2, MCH 24.1, MCHC 30.8, RDW-CV 16.6 and  liver functions normal . I am wondering is the pain was from kidney or Gall bladder considering I never have that pain before. Also the CT showed that no stones in kidney which is opposite the sonar results!!. Is that case need Gall bladder surgery removal or not, and what is the best option I can do knowing that now I only took cystone and uriven and only face few stomachache and very small lower back pain . Since like a month I feel like I have worms in my bum hole. I experience that a lot during night time. What medicine should I take. I asked the medical store person to give a medicine for it so he gave me zeebee tablet when I looked in google it is given to kids for pinworms. I just had like 4 tablets it definitely felt little less worms than before. But still they are there. Which medicine do you think will help me I'm 28 years old female

It's been almost 15 days since I've been taking medicine for my stomach and esophagus discomfort, burning, feeling of fullness and nausea. The doctor said I have dyspepsia. I'm 50% better than the first day. I never ate fast food, junk food, tea/coffee, cold beverages, soda drinks, milky and oily dishes. Why is my stomach not getting well? Why did this issue happen to me? I'm too worried about it 😥
