Since last year i am not being able to eat anything from outside.. last year i had covid and then kidney stones and probably fatty liver also.. when i eat anything that's made of maida or nonVeg ( i was a pure vegetarian before) or any heavy food item.. it's almost certain that I'll have a bad digestion for the days to come.. when i eat maggi or momos or noodles as they are made of maida, i end up puking.. its like this type of food is self rejected by my body and it's hardly able to digest a single bite of this type of food in 3-4 days.. but when i eat normal daal sabji items everything remains normal.. i am confused what should i do

Five days back I ate spicy food after that same day night I felt wheezing like symptoms and tightness in throat.whether spicy food cause these symptoms or any other problem.

Can a grade 1 fatty liver guy eat 1 or 2 soaked figs in the morning to get rid of constipation and bloating.

Whenever i sit in morning for my studies on chair my stomach start making sounds in intervals which are hearable and continuously occurs. And when i eat something the sound became less hearable and again starting forming after 2 hours because of this i need to eat in every 2 hours and also feels embracing when my stomach growls in the classroom. Because of this i am unable to focus on my studies
