Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have severe bloating and constipation from the last 3 days. My doctor prescribed me cintapro before food, 3 times a day for 2 weeks and lactifiber powder at night but the lactifiber is causing more bloating than before and I'm not able to drink it. Can I try duphalac for constipation? Please advice.

Sometimes after eating i have to go bathroom urgently n sometimes I have to go without eating also, my triglycerides high, cholesterol 240, I am facing problem in month 7-8 days, sometime 1-2 months no symptoms for this also, My life is sedentary i have to sit whole day in chair, walking steps in whole day around 1500 only, passing gas frequently also , Any solution for this ?
