I am facing IBS and constipation from many days. I cannnot remember when I last had clear bowel (pet saaf ) . How do I cure it naturally and what medications should I take ?

Hello sir m suffering from small hiatus hernia ...gerd from 22 years...and m taking antacid from 22 years.. when i take medicine 💊💊 all ok ..if I missed for one day my food will stuk in throat...i can't Live even one day with out medicine...is there is any side effects of ppi for long time used.  Because i used from 22 years .. there is any side effects like erectile disfunction.... please reply me...if there is any side effects of ppi...may i go for sergury... because now a days m facing this problem erectile disfunction... it's May be side effects of ppi

Hi I am having stomach pain from last 3days continue. Feels like gas pain. Gas is passing but still i am having pain iny stomach. Already taken gas medicines but relief. It's reduce pain then again strong pain after some. Please suggest what to do.

I have maid in my home who cooks for us. And i don't know from few years i have anxiety and panic and negative thoughts. Sometimes i feel what if she poisons my food. I see this negative things on internet. I wanted to ask how long does rat poison or other poison take to show symptoms. Can it show symptom after more then 5 hours? I don't know why i got this poisoning anxiety. Do rat poison always kill.

I have bilirubin direct 0.8 against 0.7 mg/dl , SGOT 96 IU/L against 40 IU/L , SGPT 67 IU/L against 45IU/L and ALKALINE PHOSPHATE 168 IU/L against 112 IU/L. Please suggest rest all readings are normal. Thank you.

Suffered gastritis for 4 months. Took esofag tablet for 8 weeks. Now no symptoms. Stopped tablets. Now Can I take a to z multivitamin  & shelcal 500 mg tablets? Currently iam not taking any tablet like pan & ppi ' s.. is it safe to Take a to z & shelcal 500 mg tablets without pan tablet ? It will not cause acidity? Please answer. I am facing stomach gurgling sound during my class in classroom from past 2 months and i feel very embracing and unable to concentrate on my studies i take light and healthy food in morning like poha , kichdi and sometimes fruits . After fed up from this i started taking normaxin and rifagut 550 mg does they treat my problem. And also face gas comeing out from mouth after wake up and many times in between day basically burping

I was taking minoz OD tablet from long time for 15 days once Ance develops for Acne treatment, later after few years I developed gastritis I was not sure it was due to this medicine, I took treatment for gastritis, later once I started back my Minoz OD tablet I feel gastritis stomach pain, I feel this is due to this medicine. Can this be the side-effects of minoz OD?
