Stomach Problems & Remedies

I Feeling choked and pressured in the throat also having some sought of throat infection. And feeling stiff from throat to stomach. My stomach is also creating pain in the upper part of the stomach both left and right of the ribcage. And have too much of gas. And i am having some sharp stabbing pain in left side also in the heart but my ECG and echo is normal. Also i am not able to get fresh properly and going for the stools 3-4 times a day and both burp and gas is not able to pass freely.

Iam had pain at lower abdomen right side at one point slight nausea feeling for 20mins after taking rest it is gone on day before and yesterday got pain in left side back and lower abdomen slight pain but it went away in mins may bowels movements are normal but absorbed brown colour motion ...please suggest

My CRP is 30.2. Haemoglobin levels are 16.6.Stool reports are normal, no blood is found.no pus.Only stool colour is green is observed in tests But motions. And iam experiencing slight headache.could you please explain this problem.I attached photos as well.

My stool report says Consistency - loose stool Mucus -present +++ In chemical reaction Reaction - acidic Occult blood -positive ++ In MICROSCOPIC EXamination - Veg cells/ fibres- Veg cells present ++ Bacteria- present Having lose stool for few days and sometime pain in lower abdomen part and back Some times feel feverish But then I am fine again BP is on lower side Is my condition serious kind of ...?? Hello sir, i have observed foamy diarrhoea like stool, the foam is less and like air bubbles, but i also have normal poop most days. Only during the second poop it appears with air bubbles. I also am experiencing stomach bloating, as soon as I eat a single meal my stomach bloats. I also feel stomach cramps which come suddenly and last only a few minutes. Is this something serious?

I am having hyper acidity issues... I have been facing the same since 7 years .
