Acid Reflux continue and heart burn when I take medicine 10 hr is okay after same situation that problem from one month

Hi doctor..From past one month I am facing issues of loss of appetite and nausea when eating...I went to gastroenterologist and he suggested me this medicines and test ..is everything normal ?

I am a chain smoker before 10 yrs, but now I am don't touch ciggarette before 1 month, please suggest me the right way.

My brother had slight pain in his left abdomen and it radiated to the back about 2 weeks ago. The pain kept getting worse so he got an ultrasound and CT scan a few days back. It was mild Pancreatitis. The results showed a mild heterogeneous enhancement at the tail region. He is having trouble eating and sleeping. He lost about 5 kg weight in these few days for not eating well. Need urgent advice. Is this just Pancreatitis or a sign of pancreatic cancer?

I have burning sensation in stomach and chest.it radiates sometimes My heart ecg echo lipronin are good. Iam able to eat food no vomiting sensation. Only I have burning like sensation in stomach and sometimes chest .

I have gas & acidity from 38 years onwards without taking kaayam chur tablets I won't get motion in the morning. And in the middle of the night I get heart burn. And get hiccups. And food comes to windpipe. Pl suggest. Thank you. Sandanakumar.

Today my ultrasound was stopped by doctor, he said- your gall bladder is contracted. Come Tomorrow. I was fasting whole day. Just I had drank warm Lemon water after waking up. Is there anything suspicious or serious?
