I have completed the course of antibiotics cephalexin.After completed it I am feeling tightness in my throat from 10 days. I tried ppi for 7 days but not relief . kindly suggest next step.

Will gallbladder surgery leads to other health issues like Acidity gas ,indigestion, loose motion, stomach ache etc

I am visited to Germany for official purpose..i don't know from last two days i am getting middle back pain on back. Can't go for stool also.. tried for streching and exercise but that pain didn't go at all...it's horrible and couldn't able to sleep also. I had chicken wings in the evening and then I had egg in the night around 10 pm and from 1 am onwards I have started to feel pain inside my stomach like different than normal pain. It's like someone is holding my stomach and I can't sleep because of it.
