For minor acidity how many gelusil can be taken at one time any other nice medicine and why more acid happen in body

My daughter suffering with fever from past 5-6 dyas and we have checked up and in report found the joindis but now her stomach is swollen and hard. Please tell me is this any serious issue or we can continue the medicine given by doctor. Is stomach swollen is normal in joindis in kisd?
