Respected doctors i always heard the of my stomach is gurling sound are normal or should I be concerned about it i don't have any other symptoms what should I do to make this sounds normal

My wife having abdomen pain any time, not having issue of Gas or indigestion. Dr investegated CECT abdomen.i am attaching report of it.please suggest. Age 25 years.

It's been four days i am taking pre-probiotic sachets. I can already feel improvement in my gut like very less flatulence and bloating.
