Thyroid and acidity tablet
I have hypothyroid, and i take thyroxin 75mg as soon as i wake up in the morning. I recently developed a stomach problem where i have bloating in the lower abdomen. My doctor has prescribed NexPro 40mg 1-0-1 BF and Providac capsule 1-1-1 AF. I recently read that thyroid medicine and acidity medicine should not be taken together. Please advise after how many hours of taking thyroid tablet, i should take acidity tablet?

You should take the Thyroid tablet in the morning when you get up. You should take the acidity tablet after a gap of one hour after the Thyroid tablet.

According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from some infection like hypthyroidism.
As you know that best treatment depend on the correct diagnosis and correct diagnosis depend on the complete history of the patient so please take consultation from a doctor and give complete history of the patient so that correct diagnosis will be make and then best treatment will be start

Thyroid medicine should take before food in the morning.
Proton pump inhibitors can decrease the absorption of Thyroid medicine so generally avoid the antacid medicine .
You should keep 4 hr gap between thyroid medicine and antacid medicine.
