How much cyclobid-s syrup is give to my child every day for stomach ache . child weight 15 kgs.she had stomach ache after eating

My daughter said stomach ache after eating food then doctor advised ultrasound. In that scanning given non specific mesenteric lymphadenopathy Then doctor give medicine for that given below 1) cyclobid-s -2.5 ml- 2 times a day 2) fixican 100 mg ( antibiotic) Is it enough for treatment And how many days may I use that medicine

I feel frequent pain in chest, back & abdomen. I delivered baby 6 month back. It seems like gas as I burb a lot this time, drinking hot water gives some relief but pain again comes back and some times very severe. There is pressure in chest also. Pls advise

I am a 31 yr old female..i delivered 15 months ago..i have noticed that after delivery, i sometimes get blood in my stool whenever i am constipated..then i apply cremagel for 2-3 days and use stool softener for few days and so i notice no blood in the further stools..then blood reoccurrs after 1-2 months when i get constipated..so i do the same treatment again..but how can i cure it permanently? ..also i get just a hint of blood in the stool and get pain in anus only when i am severely constipated..plss suggest me any safe medicine
