My mother is a chronic diabetes patient 74 year old and taking the following medication Jalra OD 100 mg Rebsec DSR Pruvict 1 mg Nurokind Gold RF Rosubest 5 mg Etizola 0.25 mg Amaryl 1 mg Softovac for diabetics Despite medicines for smooth bowel movement, she often have constipation. The matter becomes worse when she have bread( even brown bread) She mostly follows a diet as per food chart. Kindly let us know whether simple dietary change will do or do we need some other medication. Is it a big concern!?

I am having dull right upper abdomen pain almost full day right below rib cage, sometimes the pain travels to right side of belly button. Had full abdomen USG done grade 2 non alcoholic fatty liver came(but as per my understanding liver has no pain nerves), rest everything came OK including gallbladder. What could be the reason for the pain?

Hi all, Me amd my wife are from mumbai and my wife is immediately vomiting after eating anything from last 15 days she can only able to drink 2 sip of water and juice and that's also hard for her to digest we have visited many doctor and have done all the test like ultra sound, blood test, endoscopy and brain MRI we have visited general physician and gastroenterologist and as per dr recommendation we have visited to psychiatrists we have try every medicine but none of them help my wife is getting week if any doctor can help me in this situation please help me if any one cam understand my wife illness and cure it

Hello doctor I'm suffering from belching bloating,sour taste and acid reflux last 2years this all starts after covid treatment before covid I'm a gerd patient but I don't had above mentioned problems and I used to take ppi thrice in a week but after covid my problems aggravated,right now I'm taking ppi daily 2times along with prokinetics and probiotics till my problem didn't get cured my endoscopy report shows lax cardia,pangastritis and esophagitis so please reply and help me TIA

I experience sudden episodes of digestive issues, extreme fatigue and either sleep too much or can't sleep at all. Especially when I'm stressed like for example during exams it worsens. I pass semisolid stool almost all the time now and it gets worse if I eat oily or processed food. I've never had digestive issues earlier, I was a heavy coffee drinker but now I can't have it without having diarrhea. I feel increased heart rate, dry mouth, bloating and brain fog. My appetite greatly increases. I become unaware of my surroundings and can't do simple cognitive tasks. I feel there's also slight slurring in my speech. I've started taking econorm sachets but still experiencing this issue, is this something I should be worried about or just digestive problems that can be fixed by eating healthy?

I suffer from ibs diarrhea from many years and every time I have to go to washroom and uncomplete bowel moments all the time and I take some ayurvedic medicine as kutajghan vati for this issue but from past 2 days I am drinking yakult and suddenly it has started to bloat chest tightness and difficult to swallow is this yakult causing this issue or how.. What should be done next.
