I have having problem from 2 days after taken Bendex Plus for worm feeling itching in anus and blood.

Upper centre stomach pain. Not recovering after acidity tablets. Already suffering from Rheumatoid arithritis, diabetes, thyroid, high BP and also knee gap Is reduced to 2-3 stage

Around a month ago, i had severe constipation ( i was pooping daily, but the issue was bit hard stool). I was taking medicine pH4 (, prescribed by doctor) at that time. I was also taking calcium supplements at that time. So one day i had to strain too much for poop and that day i got bleeding from rectum. After that i felt some small bump around anus which sometimes come n go,Not itchy. But after that whenever I strain much for poop, i get like one to two drop of blood on toilet sheet. Is something to get worried?

I am feeling tightness near navel button area...sometimes left side navel button..sometimes upper navel button area and also dry burps and airy burps. Feeling uneasyness/tightness/ bloating never navel button area upper area. Ultrasound done all normal and lft also normal. Kindly let me know what is this and also solution.
