I am suffering from severe flatulence and gas issue. My doctor prescribed me take either dipep or unienzyme tablet ( 3 tablets per day). Which is better and effective for severe gas and flatulence. Should I have it before food or after food?

I have constipation, after poop I have little burning sensation and today after poop, I notice little blood discharge after poop, not along with poop, does it need any immediate attention and should I consult a doctor immediately or monitor for 2 to 3 days?
