Hello Doctor My husband is having pain in right side of navel since two months...He had hernia surgery in December..Attached is CT scan report..Can you please help me with it?

Needs treatment for the infection first.once that is controlled, splenomegaly may reduce. As for horseshoe kidneys,nothing to be done Faty liver can be treated with lifestyle modifications once the infectiin has been controlled.
