I'm having left side stomach pain below the chest from past 1 week(intermittent through out the day). Also left side ribs pain along with stomach feels like slightly inflated. Sometimes discomfort while sitting, near the area below chest. Can you please confirm are these indication of gastritis or anything to be seriously considered? Thanks in advance

Yesterday night after few hours of eating dinner I had griping pain on the left side of the abdomen was feeling very weak cold energy less . Was treated for IBS a year ago . Since had rifagut took one tablet . After vomiting and a few hours later the pain subsided. In the morning no pain but gas is there .the pain looks like ulcer pain since eating anything solid discomfort is there. Can I take any omerprazole with ranitidine and rifagut and eco norm. My friend recently had a bacterial infection in stomach for which she got antibiotics. After treatment, her abdomen has started to feel heavy and she says gas is getting trapped. When she massages her abdomen she feels little pain here and there and something moving inside the abdomen. Is this gas? Why is it getting trapped?

I have worms in stomach ( pin worms most probably). I repeatedly get them. I take albendazole but it is helpful only for some time. After few months i again get so many worms. My haemoglobin has dropped a lot. It is not improving even after appropriate diet.
