Stomach pain and discomfort
My father age 75 having hypertension and ckd(creat-5) currently not on Dialaysis, having stomach pan and discomfort from last 2-3 day mostly in night only. Doctor prescribed drofem tablet so is it ok to take with current ckd condition. Please advise or suggest alternative tablet

One of the components of drofen is mefanemic acid ,to be avoided in kidney disease.you can give him tablet/cap meva 200 mg which is sage in CKD
