Blood in stool and back pain
I am having discomfort in my right side lower stomach and also back pain and I have been experiencing frequent bowl movements and observers blood while passing stool frequently.

Please get a stool test R/M. Nothing much in your cbc except a slightly low neutrophil count which must be correlated with symptoms.
Next Steps
