Can't take Hot Food
I cannot take hot food and water. Mild warm food itself causes severe burning on my tongue. I have Acidity, gastritis and ulcer. Is it something related to it.

There may be some ulceration on your tongue which may lead to sensitivity. For acidity and this issue, I can suggest you some medications and some dietary changes and lifestyle modifications to prevent this issue in long run. You can consult for prescription
