Constipation
After every 4-5 days i feel constipated. What should I eat and avoid to cure it permanently. I do not eat outside or any junk food. Why this problem is occuring again n again

If you have no other symptoms,try diet and exercise.you may also geta blood sugar and  a thyroid function test done to rule out hypothyroidism.

Hi., I can understand your concern. Plan for TFT and CBC tests. Drink adequate water Eat more fibre rich diet, fruits. Avoid processed foods.
