Hi Doctor, I am Hrushikesh and I'm 22. I've been experiencing very bad pain in my left lower abdomen. I'm wondering if it's gas. I do have constipation issues if my schedule is disturbed due to any reason. I've been out for a vacation, and I did pass some stool in the morning but I'm still having these pains and it's getting unbearable. Could you please prescribe me something to ease my situation. I have problem in swallowing my food. In the food pipe, it burns and pains, and goes slowly in the stomach. I often suffer acidity.

I was diagnosed with a liver infection on the 25th of July. My LFT test was not much better when done last week. What diet should I follow is all I'm worried about all the time and will drinking coffee impact negatively on my liver?

I feel sharp pain in my upper stomach in only one area whenever I press or put pressure with my hands. As soon as I release the pressure the pain goes away. Otherwise just feeling a bit nauseous in early morning before food. Can someone help
