I am a gastic patient using medicine daily morning once however since 2days am feeling like vomiting and jam in head. How to relieve it.

Sometimes I urinate in bed at night and along with what causes my stomach upset. I had the problem of urinating in the bed as a child, since the last two-three days, there has been a problem related to the stomach, and there has been tension, I urinate in the bed.

There has been tightness between my breast now and then, and too much gas in my stomach after i eat, thought it was heart at first but went to the doctor and get ecg and it was normal and ruled out cardiac issues, I had taken Pantoprazole 40 mg from today. Is it okay? Do i need to follow up with other things? I cannot be hungry for long, or i usually end up with upset stomach.

I get dehydrated really fast and whenever i am dehydrated or my stomach isn't that well because of what i eat,my body temperature would go up, i would get dizzy and my eyesight became fuzzy, and get sweaty and faint for a while, but when i drink ORS immediately, i am okay as if nothing happened for the rest of the day, this happened to me for like 4 to 5 times already. My mother ia having stomach pain from past 3-4 days.. Today we took her to the doctor and did lft. Bilirubin level is normal but sgot/ast 103, sgpt/alt is  140. Doctor told us she is having jaundice but there is still constant pain in upperabdomen . What should we do ?
