Stomach pain
Having stomach pain in the top part of the stomach since yesterday. Stool is normal but as soon as i sit it strts paining and as i lie down it relief a bit

Could be gastritis.can take gelusil mps 2 tablespoons ,thrice daily,20 minutes before meals for 2 days.
