Upper right abdominal pain
I have been having on and off constipation and upper right abdominal pain for a few months. I got an ultrasound done (report attached) and everything is fine except Gallbladder is physiologically distended with echofree lumen. Walls are of normal thickness Urinary bladder is well distended with echofree lumen Can you pls advise what they mean and if these might be linked to my gastric issues. I got CBC done and everything is ok except low vit D, B12 and iron. Albumin is 5.3 gm/dL.

You should also have a physical examination by a General Physician or a General Surgeon in your area. There are many people who get investigations done as per Google's guidelines and leave the clinical examination by the Doctor for emergencies.
