This may be due to low blood pressure or low blood sugar. Also, if there is no such findings then ask the patient to do gargle with warm water and add a few betadine gargle solution drops. Also can use antacid. Many get relief after using antacid. Eat less spicy and oily food. Do morning and evening walk after food for 20 Minutes.
