Sometimes it happens due to unhygienic food , And may be due to constipation, Change your food habit , And go for proper treatment ..

Occult blood  not detected ,which means u have no internal bleeding U need to see if there  is fissure or haemorrhoids

Blood in stool can be due to constipation  since long  . It could be due to infection/anal fissure/piles/dysentry If it is due to constipation,syrup duphalac 15 ml at bed time If there is any piles issue, pilogo ointment gor local application Sitz bath might be required.
