Blood in stool during constipation
I am a 31 yr old female..i delivered 15 months ago..i have noticed that after delivery, i sometimes get blood in my stool whenever i am constipated..then i apply cremagel for 2-3 days and use stool softener for few days and so i notice no blood in the further stools..then blood reoccurrs after 1-2 months when i get constipated..so i do the same treatment again..but how can i cure it permanently? ..also i get just a hint of blood in the stool and get pain in anus only when i am severely constipated..plss suggest me any safe medicine

You seem to have piles, which bleeding when pressed during episodes of constipation Mild issues only need to avoid constipation, while some may need surgery

Preferably change diet to avoid constipation Add fibre to diet and take enough liquids.

Avoid constipation. Take stool softeners / Sitz bath / high fibre diet / Plenty of fluids Consult a surgeon if symptoms persists
