Having left abdominal pain and discomfort from 6 months.pinching and flowing like symptoms in left upper abdomen.So did upper stomach endoscopy Results are below, A.   3 linear mucosal breaks measuring less than 5 mm in lower Esophagus.nonhiatus arena. B    3 columns of prominent Esophageal veins without rcs and srh noted. It it curable and any issues please suggest what to do.

Esophagial Varices.. It is curable... Primarily treated with.... terlipressin ..ocreotide injections with antibiotic coverage and beta blockers... These are to be done under supervision  of an expert...in proper hospital set up. Get investigated thoroughly.. and visit any GI surgeon.. for further management.

You have oesophageal varices which are dilated blood vessels at the lower end of the oesophagus . It signifies increased pressure in the blood vessels going to the liver.  This can be a serious situation if there is bleeding from those vessels. It is managed through the endoscopy.
