You might be bloated . Please drink plenty of water You can start with tab pan 40 before breakfast for 5days and see if it improves your bloating Please have frequent small meals And about ur stomach dividing in three parts it may be due to fat . Need more information about this as it is not clear with information provided about your Eating habits and body fat
