I have been diagnosed with grade 2 fatty liver and a 10mm gallstone. I want to know a proper diet along with what lifestyle changes should I induce. And can it be reversed

I ate leftover chapati this morning and since then my stomach is bloated and I keep getting the smell of chapati which is making me feel weird. The chapattis were at room temperature whole night so I didn't know whether it was good or bad before I ate. What can I do to ease bloating? I took omez 20 at morning before meal.

Hi I've recently moved to a new city and as soon as I moved in, I've started getting from mild to sometime severe stomach pain especially after food. It getting little better when I try to walk for 10-20 minutes. I've consulted a doctor earlier as well and for safer side I had got the scanning for UCB abdomen and Pelvis just to rule out any colitis as per his advice. The reports were normal and I have asked to continue DSR capsules before having meals twice a day for a month. It's been two week i am trying not to eat too much spicy or unhealthy junk food and being regular with the medications still i am not improvising. What should I do I am really frustrated now and tired of being sick all the time.

I had recently taken antibiotics to treat viral fever. But now i feel discomfort in my stomach. There is bloating, gas and increased frequency of motion. Please help me to fix this. Should i take probiotics?

I got diagnosed with hemorrhoid(internal) almost a month back, there was no bleeding only pain and itching which has subsided. I've been taking stool softener, applying the ointment for relief and taking sitz bath for 30 mins once a day. The piles got resolved once after 8-9 days but since then it has been recurring weekly. I've taken all dietary measures, skipping fast food, baked/fried foods. Also started exercising regularly for half an hour and limited time on toilet as well. It's been almost a month and still it just keeps coming back however not as painful as the initial flare up but enough to cause some uneasiness and feeling of a minor lump. Any remedies?
