H pylori to be diagnosed best on endoscopy. Although blood tests are available but not very reliable. Better take a trial of H pylori eradication kit for 14 days instead of repeated endoscopy.

Healing takes about 2 to 3 weeks in acute erosive gastritis whereas in chronic gastritis it may take up to 2 -3 months . The presence of h pylori will delay the healing process.Blood test is not advised.Either urease breathing test or stool analysis for h pylori antigen is advised.Fir accurate results you should discontinue PPI tablets for at least a week prior to testing.

Gastrointestinal problems take a long time to get controlled. They are almost never completely cured. Please have patience. You have started treatment just one month ago. Wait for 6 months before you get tangible results.
