Can you please check my endoscopy report
This is my endoscopy report i have fear that the doctor has missed anything? The doctor has just provided me a 6 photos and not the video. Image is attached. The main symptom is acidity and pain in the chest after eating for the last 5 months.

Reported very nicely. FIRST OF ALL, U NEED TO CHANGE LIFE STYLE N CHANGE DIET PLAN DRASTICALLY THESE FINDING R DUE TO IMPROPER DIET, IRREGULAR DIET PLAN, EXCESSIVE SPICY FAST OUTSIDE JUNK FOOD. IF U CHANGE ALL, THAN IT REGRESS WITH MEDICINE OTHERWISE IT WILL INCREASE N SO ON. NEXPRORD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH FOR THREE WEEKS. MUCAIN GEL 10 ML THRICE OR FOUR TIMES WITHOUT WATER NOTHING BY MOUTH TILL 30 MINUTES ITS VERY EFFECTIVE. ADD MAXIMUM SALAD, SPROUTS, FRUITS IN DIET . THAT IS BEST. NOW SWEET POTATO IS AVAILABLE CONSUME IT ITS A SUPER FOOD IN WINTER, BEETROOT IS AVAILABLE ITS VERY GOOD.. IN WINTER EVERY THING AVAILABLE IN SALAD . CONSUME THEM FIRST IN BIG PLATE THAN MAIN COURSE. TRY TO MAKE THREE DIET A DAY.EARLY DINNER IS A BET HEALER.
