Which is the best test to detect h pylori? I  checked there were 5 test as follows: HELICOBACTER PYLORI, IgG HELICOBACTER PYLORI ANTIBODIES PANEL, IgA & IgG HELICOBACTER PYLORI ANTIGEN, RAPID STOOL TEST CULTURE HELICOBACTER PYLORI HELICOBACTER PYLORI, IgA Which one should i go with?

Stool antigen test and urea breath test are indicated as they have more than 90 percent sensitivity and specificity.
