After having heavy meals you should walk for at least one hour so that the food leaves the stomach and goes into the intestines. You should also take an adequate amount of water. Your symptoms are because of bloating up your abdomen. You didn't mention anything about the liquor consumption. Liquor makes things worse. Such things are not cured by medicines. You need lifestyle adjustment. However if you go to a hospital you will be given Inj Pantaprazole and Inj Perinorn. They may make you feel better for some time.
