Diarrhoea for 3-4 days and stomach cramp for2-3 days and even after taking O2 doesn't get better. Help

Why i feel bubbles popping inside my stomach very frequently every day? I'm diabetic as well as have pcos.

Suffering from severe gastritis pain from three hours. Haven't passed stools in a while and vomitted once. Please could you prescribe some medicine, since it's not possible for me to visit any doctor  at the moment.

My wife s incidentally found gallstone(cholesterol stone), while usg for other problem. However it has no abdominal pain nor any special symtoms. Solitary non mobile calculas 19.7mm seen inside gallbladder lumen. Doctor(Allopathic) suggest for sergery. But I want to go for Homeopathy, if gallstone could remove /cure completely by Homeopathy medicine. Please suggest me.
