I have started going to gym for gaining weight and muscle as I am underweight, so every day I am taking around 3000 calories, 6 heavy meals. Even after 3 hours of having a meal food is not completely digested so Can I take digestive enzymes supplement and pre & probiotics supplement daily for improving digestion and better absorption of all nutrients? And when to take?
