Based on your clinical problem the best presumption that can be made is you are either following heavy protein low carb diet or keto diet which is hampering your bowel movements. Always remember that you should follow a diet plan which is sustainable and that can be followed even when you achieve your target weight and precisely fits in your daily life.
Next Steps
Consult a nutritionist and calculate the amount of calories you need to consume each day to gain your target weight. Make a balanced diet and enrich your diet with dietary fibres not just protein. If you are consuming heavy protein diet or keto stop it asap and start following balanced diet with good amount of dietary fibres. Drink plenty of fluids and follow a meal plan take meals at fixed time everyday.

Hope this helps
