Gym and Piles
I have stage 2 internal hemorrhoids and GERD. Gastroenterologist told me i can go to the gym and lift weights. Im underweight as well. So i have to gain weight. Can i gym while I have these medical conditions?

Though it can lessen your GERD it will have a paradoxical impact on your hemorrhoids if u do weight lifting exercises. I would see best exercise for u is cardio exercise like walking, jogging and swimming- that increase your circulation. Standing and sitting exercises will put strain on the veins in your rectum and can make hemorrhoids worse.  Or else u have to practice breathing exercises that put less pressure on your rectal veins...
