I have initial stage (grade 1or grade 2) of hemorrhoids , please give some home treatment for cure it . due to this if I pressures some time blood is coming along with stool .

Most common Reason of piles is Constipation For prevention and treatment of Constipation Drink lot of oral fluids Lots of fruits, vegetable salads (preferably  1 carrot, 1 cuccunbur & 1fruit with each meals) Avoid non Veg  & extra spicy meals
