Can a rubber band ligation be done for external hemorrhoids? If so, is it painful? Im having a grade 2 external hemorrhoid. And how mich does it cost? Thank you.

No. It's very painful because putting a rubberband on skin (external haemorroids) causes pain like we pick our skin. Banding is painless when its applied on internal haemorrhoids.
