Can whey protein cause hemorrhoids?
I am 5 ft 10 inch but my weight is just 57 kgs. I am using protein powder which contains whey isolate 50% and whey concentrate 25%, rest is whole milk powder, dates and cocoa. I don't do strength training. I am hemorrhoids issue whenever I use protein, is it possible to get hemorrhoids flared up by using whey protein? What alternative I can use to gain weight?

Whey protein doesnt by itself cause hemorroids.. kindly maintain high fiber diet... and maybe try mass gainer if u want to gain weight.. but strength training is a must... dont skip it ... if u need any help.. consult with me
