1. Regarding Gallbladder polyp. At present you don't need an emergency intervention. You can keep following up the size of the polyp 6 monthly.  However if you are having symptoms, definitely it's better to go for cholecystectomy ( removal of GB) 2. The bleeding while passing stools is most likely because of your hemorrhoids. But cannot opine on that much until directly examined

As far as polyp is concerned it is benign based on size i fedl. Follow up USG after 3 months is better than wasting money over it. Gastritis is side effect of antibiotic ,take morning empty omez with it and if burning sensation in stomach take t. Digene. If burning is severe and antacids don't help..get endoscopy done. 3rd about hemmohoid and undigested particles better get cbc esr and sigmoidoscopy done to rule out something serious and examine hemmorhoid if it's complicated hemorrhoids or not. I would recommend you visit gastroenterologist if bleeding or discomfort increases. It's likely thrombosed hemmorhoids based on your history.
Next Steps
avoid spicy food and if it's hard stool take syp lactulose 10ml BD with 250ml water. if pain is unbearable you can get pain relief drugs like diclo for now..

Hello Ma’am, A 5 mm gallbladder polyp is usually not serious and only needs follow-up scans, but your digestive problems and hemorrhoid symptoms (blood/mucus in stool) point more towards gastritis, IBS, or piles-related bleeding. Since you improved with antibiotics but still have discomfort, proper evaluation and lifestyle care are needed, and most cases like this are manageable with treatment. If more questions are in your mind, you can contact me on WhatsApp at nine one one nine two five five six nine nine for free consultation.
