How to know of its piles or hemorrhoids
How to know if its piles. There is no blood, the hemorrhoid has skin colour, no diarrhoea or constipation, no mucus, but pain around the anus and i can feel a small lump which has skin colour. What to do?..is it curable at home?

Usually Hemorrhoids are painless unless they're blocked. You may be having an Anal fissure with sentinel pile. The cause for this is passing hard stools, which should be avoided. You need to get examined by a Surgeon to confirm it.
