Constipation
Dear Ayurvedic doctors, Good Day to you all!!! Recently i went to an Ayurvedic shop and asked for gas tablets and the pharmacist provided the tablet called Gaisantak bati and at the same time pharmacist offered me tablet called Zandu nityam for better improvement so i have started taking Zandu nityam and stopped after a month then after stopping the Zandu Nithyam suddenly started Constipation problem which is horrible, Now i got question do you want me to stop Zandu nityam or can i continue that medication because while using i did not felt any problem with that medicine infact i feel very good time under that medication but now i am bit confused state whether need to continue the Zandu nityam tablets or need to stop immediately kindly suggest. Thank you in Advance!!!

Dear user zandu nityam is laxative medicine If you are having constipation you can use it But do not use same laxative for long time Tyr to drink plenty of water Regular abdominal muscles exercise Eat fibre rich food
