I had taken endoscopy last year, it is shown that,i had mucosal prolapse, hiatus hernia, gerd, from then i used antacids, ppi's for 8 months after that i stopped using it. While taking medicines also i felt some bloating,early fullness,upper stomach tightness,upper abdominal pain.present now also iam facing same symptoms.please give any advice.I attached my reports please check it.Is these symptoms caused due to above diseases or any ulcer or any h-pylori bacteria?is surgery necessary for all these things?

Hello I m 30 male , I have been suffering from this issue from last 6 month . Excessive yawning Excessive Burping Mouth breathing Acidity Always Feeling stickiness in throat .
