Hi doctor, I am under treatment  of ibs since 4 month I am bit scared due to sudden change in my weights. Here is patter : JAN 95KG FEB 93KG MARCH start 91. March end 93kg again April mid 92kg May end 93 June 1 week 90.7kg I am measuring my weights after first motion of day in morning If I am travelling outside and eating outside then body weight increase.. Is this significant lost of weights. I am avoiding outside mode lots due to ibs issue and then always remain in stress and anxieties due to this. My last crp was normal and blood and stool test was normal Please suggest... I am crying whole writing this...

I'm suffering from acidity and I have to force vomit to reduce burning. Cause of concern is vomit color is dark brown/rusty. This happens less frequently than before. Earlier, 2 yrs back I used to have so much acidity as of today. Now once in month I face this problem. May be ulcer is treating itself but not completely. Need suggestions. Attached is pic of vomit and it's sticky. I suspect it is ulcer coz this doesn't happen all the time like before. P.S. I don't consume alcohol nor smoke and follow vegetarian diet.

I am 33 years old obese female.. My weight is 105 kgs.. I had routine USG and found out I have enlarged fatty liver.. But I have no symptoms or problems.. My doctor asked me to eat Ursodol 300 every morning before breakfast.. Do I really have to? Is it necessary? Or can I simply lose weight for a healthy liver? Please reply

My 66 years old mother had USG and found 3 small gallstones in her gallbladder size 3.5 mm.. The stones are symptomatic with very mild pain sometimes.. They are really small.. Can medicines dissolve them? She does not want to be operated as she has lung fibrosis and severe sleep apnea.. Please Reply.. I have attached the USG report also

I had problem of GERD and constipation in July 21. I consumed Laxatives for 5 months. Post that I am taking pruvict 1 mg 2 times a day for functional constipation since February 22 and I stopped taking laxatives. I also had vitamin d3 deficiency(~20) and low on vitamin b12 for which I am taking supplements On reducing pruvict dose, I am facing problem of incomplete evacuation. What should I do?
