If you have pain in the right upper quadrant of abdomen with fever, plus your ultrasound study indicates you have multiple gall bladder stones with acute infection.Other findings are left sided polycystic ovary left side and grade 1 fatty liver

As par your USG- Abdomen -You need to consult General surgeon for Laparoscopic Removal of gall bladder( Lap. Cholecystectomy) . - Avoid spicy and oily food. -If your weight is more than reduce it. -Consult gynecologist for PCOD treatment.

Hello, As per your given USG ABDOMEN Report, You have an inflammation of Gall bladder and having polycystic ovary in the left and right with the follicle (the ovary changes as described in the reports is may be due to normal changes)
