Water after Mid Morning fruit
I have been suffering from Gerd and IBS-C since last 4yrs. My current medications have given me alot of relief. Dompan, librax, visbiome, pruease, pegmove. I eat 5-6 meals a day. All medium to high fibre. I drink 2 litres of water a day. I just have one doubt. Between mid morning fruit and lunch should i drink water? As i have heard drinking water after fruit creates indigestion. I have also noticed that drinking water after mid morning fruit kills my appetite for lunch a little bit. But to complete daily water requirement i drink it. Am i doing wrong? Should i wait to consume water after lunch?
